Tradisi Teori Fenomenologi pada Sinema untuk Melihat Simpati, Empati dan Pandemi Covid

Abstract
Fenomenologi sering menjadi pisau analisa untuk membedah teori-teori film. Biasanya isu-isu yang mendominasi teori fenomenologi adalah teori seputar isu sosial ekonomi, feminisme, semiotika, dll. Penelitian dengan sudut pandang etik dalam sinema adalah hal baru yang akan dilihat di sini. Bagaimana sinema menjadi media untuk mendapatkan pengalaman etik kepada penonton. Analisa fenomenologi terhadap etik sinema ini biasanya dibarengi dengan pendekatan kognitif untuk bisa melihat bagaimana emosi didapatkan penonton dan bisa menciptakan simpati serta empati kepada sinema yang dikonsumsi. Hal ini berkaitan dengan fenomena pandemic covid yang ditampilkan di banyak sinema-sinema dystopia. Realita pandemic terhadap manusia dan ekologi yang digambarkan dengan cara kreatif tersebut bisa mendapatkan simpati dan empati dari penonton yang juga mengalami realita pandemic covid. Paper ini dilakukan dengan metode literatur review mengangkat dua jurnal yang mebicarakan fenomenolog kognitif dalam sinema dan fenomenologi ekologi dalam sinema khususnya dalam masa pandemic covid.
