Abstract

Di era globalisasi digital, etika bisnis memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk reputasi institusi pendidikan tinggi serta memperkuat kolaborasi strategis lintas sektor. Studi-studi terkini menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran etika di media sosial, manipulasi digital, serta ketidakkonsistenan  dalam tanggung jawab sosial dapat merusak kredibilitas dan kepercayaan publik terhadap institusi, termasuk perguruan tinggi. Penerapan etika bisnis yang konsisten, termasuk melalui kepemimpinan etis, transparansi manajerial, dan penguatan identitas moral organisasi, terbukti berdampak positif terhadap reputasi dan kinerja lembaga. Di sisi lain, tantangan etika yang muncul dari transformasi digital seperti penggunaan teknologi proktoring, kecerdasan buatan, dan privasi data mahasiswa menuntut kebijakan etis yang adaptif. Selain itu, kolaborasi strategis antara akademisi dan industri memerlukan fondasi etika yang kuat agar inovasi yang dihasilkan selaras dengan nilai sosial dan kepentingan publik. Oleh karena itu, integrasi etika bisnis dalam tata kelola dan kurikulum perguruan tinggi tidak hanya meningkatkan reputasi, tetapi juga memperkuat posisi strategis mereka dalam ekosistem global yang semakin kompleks.
