Abstract

Etika bisnis menjadi fondasi krusial dalam membentuk perilaku profesional yang bertanggung jawab di tengah dinamika dunia kerja modern. Generasi Z, sebagai angkatan kerja baru yang melek teknologi, mengutamakan stabilitas, dan peduli terhadap keberlanjutan serta tanggung jawab sosial, menghadirkan tantangan unik dalam pendidikan etika bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review dengan menganalisis 59 artikel ilmiah melalui platform SCISPACE untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara etika bisnis, karakteristik Generasi Z, dan pendidikan tinggi. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengkodean diterapkan untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan pola utama, dilengkapi dengan triangulasi data kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan etika bisnis berperan signifikan dalam membentuk sikap etis dan karakter moral Generasi Z. Integrasi nilai etika melalui kurikulum yang reflektif dan interaktif, didukung lingkungan belajar inklusif, efektif dalam mendorong pengambilan keputusan yang bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi etika dalam kurikulum, penciptaan lingkungan kampus yang inklusif, kolaborasi dengan industri, penguatan kepemimpinan dan refleksi, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan strategis bagi institusi pendidikan dan pelaku bisnis dalam merancang program pembinaan etika yang relevan dengan kebutuhan Generasi Z.
