Menumbuhkan Jiwa Teknokrat di Madrasah: Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Robotika bagi Siswa MAN 1 Madiun

Abstract
Kemajuan teknologi di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuntut generasi muda untuk memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman memiliki potensi besar dalam mencetak generasi teknokrat yang berakhlak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat dan kompetensi dasar siswa MAN 1 Madiun dalam bidang robotika melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemberian materi interaktif, praktik perakitan robot sederhana berbasis mikrokontroler, serta sesi diskusi dan evaluasi hasil karya siswa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama empat sesi dengan total peserta sebanyak 30 siswa dari kelas XI dan XII. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep dasar robotika serta munculnya antusiasme tinggi untuk mendalami bidang teknologi. Selain menghasilkan karya berupa robot sederhana, kegiatan ini juga berhasil menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri dan semangat kolaborasi di kalangan peserta. Diharapkan kegiatan ini menjadi pemicu lahirnya program berkelanjutan di madrasah untuk menyiapkan generasi teknokrat yang unggul dan berkarakter.
