Efektivitas Mindfulness Spiritual-Based Cognitive Therapy (MSBCT) dalam Menurunkan Kecemasan pada Narapidana Militer

Abstract
Narapidana militer yang akan bebas menghadapi kecemasan tinggi akibat ketidakpastian reintegrasi ke lingkungan militer. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas Mindfulness Spiritual-Based Cognitive Therapy (MSBCT) dalam menurunkan kecemasan mereka. Desain penelitian menggunakan one-group pretest-posttest dengan lima partisipan. Intervensi MSBCT dilakukan selama tiga minggu dalam lima sesi kelompok, dengan total durasi sesi berkisar antara 2 hingga 3 jam. Terapi ini mengombinasikan teknik mindfulness, restrukturisasi kognitif, dan refleksi spiritual. Hasil analisis menunjukkan penurunan signifikan kecemasan berdasarkan skor Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) (p = 0.002). Rata-rata skor BAI menurun dari 22.6 (pretest) menjadi 2.6 (posttest) dan stabil di 2.4 pada follow-up. Tiga partisipan mempertahankan skor rendah (≤3) saat follow-up, sementara dua partisipan mencapai skor minimal (0) sejak posttest dan mempertahankannya. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa MSBCT secara signifikan berhasil menurunkan kecemasan narapidana militer menjelang pembebasan dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi lembaga pemasyarakatan dalam memberikan dukungan psikologis.
