Perbedaan Usia Berdasarkan Work Life Balance Serta Pengaruh Terhadap Job Satisfaction Dan Employee Performance

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta menganalisis perbedaan pengaruh tersebut berdasarkan kelompok usia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pemodelan persamaan struktural berbasis varians. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden yang merupakan karyawan pada perusahaan rintisan (startup) di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dengan skala penilaian likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh usia terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil analisis kelompok menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok usia 20–28 tahun dengan kelompok usia yang lebih tua. Karyawan usia muda cenderung lebih terdampak oleh ketidakseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi dibandingkan dengan karyawan yang lebih berpengalaman. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya perhatian khusus terhadap program keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi, terutama bagi karyawan yang berada pada awal jenjang karier. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu menerapkan kebijakan kerja yang fleksibel dan mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja kerja. Penelitian ini juga memberikan masukan bagi pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih adaptif terhadap perbedaan karakteristik demografis.
