Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Niat Berpindah Karyawan di Perusahaan Manufaktur

Abstract

Niat berpindah menjadi salah satu fenomena organisasi yang dianggap penting bagi pihak manajerial terutama pada sektor manufaktur, dimana tingkat turnover berada pada angka 40%. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja dalam penurunan tingkat niat berpindah pada karyawan perusahaan sektor manufaktur di Cikarang, Jawa Barat. Data dikumpulkan dari 136 responden melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan Google Form. Selanjutnya respons responden dianalisis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) pada Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan stres kerja berkontribusi secara simultan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja serta kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan stres kerja yang dirasakan karyawan terhadap niat karyawan untuk berpindah pekerjaan. Namun, penelitian ini tidak menemukan pengaruh langsung keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap niat berpindah. Faktor-faktor seperti pembentukan sistem keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, stres kerja yang dirasakan karyawan, dan karyawan merasakan puas atas lingkungan kerja dan pekerjaan itu sendiri berperan penting dalam menurunkan keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan. Kondisi ini tidak hanya membentuk loyalitas karyawan terhadap perusahaan tetapi juga berdampak pada peningkatan keuntungan perusahaan. Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan stres kerja terbukti memengaruhi penurunan tingkat niat berpindah karyawan.
