Literature Review: Kepuasan Kerja pada Karyawan

Abstract
Kepuasan kerja memegang peranan penting dalam upaya mencapai tujuan dalam suatu organiasi. Kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan karyawn dapat mendorong karyawan untuk memiliki perasaan loyal terhadap organisasi, memiliki kinerja dan prestasi kerja yang baik, serta memberikan kontribusi penuh untuk organisasi, dan karyawan cenderung memiliki perasaan untuk tetap tinggal di organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SLR (systematic literature review) dalam upaya pengumpulan data. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan artikel internasional dengan rentan tahun 2021-2025. Hasil pengumpulan data memperoleh 10 artikel jurnal internasional yang telah meneliti kepuasan kerja dapat di pengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain: work life balance, perceived organizational support, job training, promotion, organizational culture, emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, transactional leadership, job skills dan external alternatives. Penelitian ini mengarisbawahi akan pentingnya kepuasan kerja bagi organisasi yang dapat membantu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan
