Peran Mediasi Innovative Work Behavior Pada Pengaruh Knowledge Sharing dan Organizational Learning Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh knowledge sharing dan organizational learning terhadap kinerja karyawan, knowledge sharing dan organizational learning terhadap innovative work behavior, serta menganalisis efek mediasi innovative work behavior terhadap pengaruh knowledge sharing dan organizational learning terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bank  XX di Kulon Progo,Indonesia  dengan sampel 127 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner yang didistribusikan menggunakan google form kepada karyawan Bank XX Kulon Progo, Indonesia  dengan minimal masa kerja 1 tahun. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS4. Menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing dan organizational learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Knowledge sharing dan organizational learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior. Serta innovative work behavior mampu menjadi mediator pada pengaruh  knowledge sharing dan organizational learning terhadap kinerja karyawan.
